At PVAOTP, we charge only for successfully delivered SMS verification codes. Because our service provides instant, consumable digital numbers, most purchases are non-refundable once an OTP has been received. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.
We will issue a refund to your account balance (not to your original payment method) in the following situations:

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction. Include your account email, order/number ID, and a description of the issue. We review requests within 1–3 business days.
Approved refunds are credited back to your PVAOTP account balance. We do not process refunds to credit cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrency wallets except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to support before disputing a charge.
